I was only helping one hour for one person at a time in my office. There had to be a better way! So I created a program, predicated on the understanding that I believe changing your philosophy is EVERYTHING, and it includes 24/7 community accountability, direct messaging with me, two group video Q and A sessions a week with me, daily information and reflection on philosophy, and some programs have once per week one-hour-long one on one sessions with me. I find it to be the best way to help lots of people at once and see them grow the fastest because of the information and connection. I am driven to succeed in all that I undertake and will not rest until I can provide value to all of the individuals that seek help. With fifteen years of uniformed law enforcement experience, my calling and education have lead me to helping people suffering with anger, anxiety, traumatic stress, and high-stress careers.
