I am DPR's Knowledge Management Leader working on the national technology and innovation team. My goal is to collect, interpret, and leverage corporate knowledge in support of business units across the company, ultimately enabling and empowering our teams to build great things.Before joining DPR construction, I researched the chemistry of innovative, low-CO2 construction materials while studying to complete my PhD in civil engineering at UT-Austin. Prior to graduate school, I was a project engineer responsible for the construction of buildings, earthwork, utilities, and roadways.I thrive in innovative, fast-paced companies. I'm passionate about creating positive change in the construction industry and enjoy working with people to understand and develop solutions to their unique challenges. My ideal day off is spent with close friends and family and starts off with a hike through the mountains in the morning and quality relaxation and conversation in the evening.
