Currently employed at Raytheon Technologies in the Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) while pursuing a master's of data science through Indiana University. My current role in the DLDP is as a Deputy Program Manager for the XetaCloud program where I assist in managing the ten Cloud teams within XetaCloud using the Agile scum framework. Additionally, I work directly with the XetaCloud Release Train Engineer and collaborate with teams to improve velocity and deliverables, establish and apply improvement processes, and assist in escalating and clearing impediments and blockers that slow down or hinder Cloud program progress.Graduate from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, minors in Computational Statistics, Mathematics, and Systems Engineering, and a Six Sigma Greenbelt certificate.Worked as a Manufacturing Engineer with Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, in Jamestown, ND. This role assisted Manufacturing Engineering (M.E.) with updates to manufacturing work instructions which include manufacturing order routing text and illustrated planning. Involved with in a variety of projects (listed in my employment section) which broaden personal experience, understanding of manufacturing process, and skill set. Involved in continuous improvement events and activities as opportunities arise.
