Trevor is a founding partner of Compound Capital Holdings (CCH). CCH is an investment firm that partners with businesses to help create value and deliver exceptional results by unlocking the power of compound growth over time and by leveraging a proven operating playbook. Prior to starting Compound Capital Holdings, Trevor was a Partner at JAB Holding Company LLC, a privately held group focused on long term investments in consumer goods and services industries. JAB's platform investments include Coffee & Beverages (Keurig Dr Pepper, JDE, Peet's, Stumptown, Intelligentsia), Restaurants (Panera, Caribou Coffee, Einstein Noah, Pret A Manger, and Espresso House), Indulgence (Krispy Kreme), Petcare (National Veterinary Associates), Pet Insurance (Independence Pet Holdings, Pinnacle Pet Group), and Coty. Trevor was involved in all aspects of JAB’s North American M&A activity. He was central to M&A efforts at Peet’s Coffee, as well as Keurig Dr Pepper, following the merger between Keurig and Dr Pepper. Trevor was integrally involved in the thesis development, add-on acquisitions and building out JAB's Petcare and Pet Insurance platforms. Trevor was the lead M&A partner and an active Board member of Independence Pet Holdings, JAB’s North American Pet Insurance platform, completing six transactions in under three years to create what has become the leading provider of pet insurance in North America. Prior to JAB, Trevor was a founding Principal of Glenbrook Consumer Partners, a private investment firm focused on high growth consumer and services companies. Trevor identified, sourced, and executed Glenbrook’s investment in BOA Technology, the Denver-based creator of the award-winning, patented Boa Fit System featured in outdoor, athletic, workwear and medical bracing products worldwide. Trevor was an active Board member of BOA from 2012 until 2016. Glenbrook exited BOA through a successful sale to Compass Diversified (NYSE: CODI) in 2020 for $454 million.Prior to Glenbrook, Trevor was a Vice President with Rosewood Capital, a $300 million growth equity fund, where he sourced and executed growth equity investments in middle market consumer and services businesses. Prior to Rosewood, Trevor was an Associate at Piper Jaffray & Co.in the Consumer Mergers and Acquisitions group where he advised many leading consumer companies. Trevor earned his B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and spent a year as a visiting scholar at Oxford University where he studied Economics and Management and was a member of the varsity water polo team.
