• This role is formed of a hybrid of Sales Manager and Internal Sales Manager roles and requires the identification and achievement of sales across Sonardynes range of Exploration and Surveillance products across the.
• Nurturing close ties with Sonardyne’s Exploration and Surveillance customers in the European and Eastern European regions, thus ensuring that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
• To identify and develop potential sales opportunities within new and current customers in line with agreed Regional Account and Market Development plans.
• Manage and coordinate an efficient sales process from the creation of effective sales proposals through to successful post sales support arrangements.
• Ensure that the relevant technical authorities are fully aware of any customer technical requirements, both current and future.
• Review and prioritise the on-going workload requirements for the internal sales team.

• My role involves the coordination and management of Sonardyne’s internal sales processes as well as the presentation of sales KPIs to various management levels throughout the company.Reporting directly to the Managing.
• Setting up and running of a weekly WebEx meeting with each regional office in rotation.
• Delivered a commercial bulletin procedure to ensure that important information is passed to all sales teams.
• Working with the MD to generate the worldwide sales and product forecast.
• Implementing pricing strategy and ensuring that price change information iscommunicated to the regional sales staff.
• Working with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure that they have a sales input /perspective as required.

• My role had two separate parts;
• I was involved the collection and coordination of information from the Geophysicalsector of the Oil & Gas industry and its reporting to the board of directors ofSonardyne.
• In addition to this I also acted as the Sales manager for Sonardyne’s Europeangeophysical customers.I would visit Sonardyne’s key customers worldwide, with the local sales manager, to ensure that the Sonardyne.
• The winning of several large contracts for Sonardyne geophysical equipment worldwide.
• The fostering of closer ties with Sonardyne’s geophysical customers, especially in Europe.
• Act as the ‘go to” person within Sonardyne on all matters involving Sonardyne’s geophysical product range.

• Southcorp Clean Air Systems provided air cleaning products to various manufacturing companies worldwide.My role was to provide technical support to Southcorp’s European customers and ensure the good day to day running.
• The provision of quotes to telephone customers.
• Back office support to the European sales team.

• The role of Seismic Products Manager was expanded to encompass direct sales to Sonardyne’s seismic customers after the resignation of the previous sales manager.Key Roles:
• The generation of proposals and quotes to Sonardyne’s seismic customers.
• Verbal and written reports as required for the board of directors.
• Responsible for the coordination with the engineering department to set priorities forproduct development.

• I was responsible for the management of the product life cycle for Sonardyne’s seismic products, this included the introduction of new products and product enhancement into the Sonardyne product range. It also meant.

• To act as the “internal” customer during product development programmes.
• Manage the seismic customer support staff.

• Responsible for the expanding Sonardyne’s customer support making it into a 24 hour / 365 day worldwide operation.Key Roles:
• Setting up and managing a 24 hours emergency helpline.
• Responsible for a team of product support and field engineers.
• Ensuring the swift and correct delivery of spare parts and equipment.

Involved in in house PCB and Sonardyne seismic product assembly, testing and repair, working down to component level.

Joined Sonardyne to help install their new seismic product range (SIPS) on seismic vessels worldwide. As well as installing equipment I would provide “on the job” training for the crew to ensure that they were able to get the best use out of their new system.

Electronics engineer in the Royal Navy, working firstly on radars and then mostly on sonar's. I attained the rank of LWEM(R) and worked on various systems such as UHF and HF communication systems, Sonars and Radars.
