I practice in the areas of environmental and natural resources compliance, permitting, and litigation; advising clients on a variety of environmental topics, including federal, state, and local air programs; stormwater and SPCC compliance; and waste and hazardous waste management. I have worked on various environmental issues in administrative appeals and in state and federal courts, as well as advised local administrative boards during appeals. I also assists clients with internal auditing and continuing education programs and presenting seminars and classes. I volunteer with a number of organizations including the Arizona State University School of Law Mentorship Initiative in Sustainability Law program and the Arizona Court of Appeals Pro Bono program.Recently, we embarked on a new journey by starting Blue Sky Modeling, LLC. BSM focuses on air dispersion modeling and looks to upend the old way of doing business by providing detailed focus on the clients' specific needs, providing real-time feedback, and modeling to the project by not letting the model define the project.
