I lead a diverse team of specialists focused on sales operations, marketing operations, support operations, systems administration, and reporting/analysis. My team is responsible for the systems, processes, and data that enable BitTitan's go-to-market strategy across multiple divisions, regions, and channels. I designed and implemented an organization-wide lead collection and handoff framework, streamlining the connection between marketing campaigns and sales team follow up with prospects.

I manage the corporate data center, internal IT, business systems, and facilities. I built out infrastructure for the software as a service (SaaS) application and I maintain backups, monitoring, and server provisioning. I analyzed monitoring data to identify usage trends, possible code improvements, and performance statistics, resulting in a 400% improvement in application response time. I implemented Salesforce.com for use by sales, marketing, and project management. Within Salesforce, I developed custom solutions for project management, PO/invoice management, and for tracking business development opportunities.

I am responsible for management of IT, hardware and field services, internal systems, and facilities. I selected and implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 system for use by sales, billing, and support. My work to restructure the contract process greatly eased the management of contracts and reduced errors to below one percent.

Developed and maintained software images for over 500 campus computers. Worked with IT staff and college faculty to determine requirements, and deployed new software images to all computer labs each quarter. Assisted in management of primary campus computer lab - supervising student workers and providing support to users.
