As the Indianapolis sales manager I am responsible for the sales process including customer sales, parts procurement and ordering, ongoing order management, appointment scheduling. I have onboarded and trained 12 new sales people in a fast-paced high-stakes environment.

As a Senior Tire Technician, I responsible for completing work on customers' vehicles in addition to a varied group of administrative responsibilities. I completed daily safety audits of both equipment & personnel and arranged & received regular & special order shipments from multiple suppliers. Additionally, I acted as a customer service representative when needed; creating work orders for customers and maintaining accurate & organized records across multiple systems.

I trained entry-level employees for various positions and performed continued evaluations of their roles. I held responsibility for maintaining records of sales and company write-offs of inventory. In addition, I interacted with customers on a daily basis to resolve issues and improve consumer opinion about the business.

I managed the Expensed Parts Division with minimal supervision as the only regular employee. In this role, I monitored inventory for the upwards of 1000 SKUs with the Expensed Parts label through regular incoming shipments. In addition to managing incoming shipments of parts, it was my responsibility to accurately & timely distribute parts requests from assembly lines throughout the facility by means of computer systems and automated trams.

I created brochures for the Individualized University Loan Programs introduced during my employment to spread the knowledge of the program. With the colleagues I worked with, I assisted in organizing an ELFCU sponsored event; the Starfish Initiative’s Back-to-School Expo. I kept the Student Loan Department's social media page updated and maintained with coordination from the marketing department.
