My work experience over the last 5 years has allowed me to develop a high-quality skill set. Working as a mechanic for 2 years allowed me to learn technical skills that can be used in any mechanical problems I face. Working as a senior-level manager has allowed me to learn skills such as customer service. I am able to de-escalate situations and come up with solutions that will enable the customer to be satisfied. I am able to manage a team, including going through the hiring process, development, and staffing. I have learned marketing skills, accounting skills, financial skills, operational skills, and more.Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Along with being a full-time student, I am a full-time manager. As a senior manager, I am working on further developing all of my skills to get to the next level.I strive to have the best quality mixed with the quantity for everything I do. I believe my work ethic excels against most. I believe there is always growth to be had because of this I am constantly working on improving my skills in everything that I do.
