I’ve always loved the intersection of building something new and serving a customer. I go a little crazy without a steady flow of projects rotating on and off my plate. Variety is important to me and helps me grow. I believe that the happiest teams are made of people who feel authentically themselves at work. I actively work to remove the wall between my personal and professional lives and try to cultivate an environment where others feel invited to do the same. I’m “that guy” who sends mass emails about sorting trash and recycling and keeping the office clean. I love dorking out on sales funnel math and building Salesforce dashboards. I lead morning group meditation with my team and send gratitude emails on "Thankful Thursdays." I share my honest feedback in 1:1s and think people deserve my unedited thoughts, even if it’s not fun (especially when it’s not fun).
