Shared commercial responsibility with a global software services manager for $30,000,000 in total annual sales of products and services. Managed development efforts in the US, UK and Malaysia.● Developed and deployed comprehensive quality system for software products with the goal of transforming the organization into one with mature development processes and a market-driven culture. Project teams in the center contributed elements of Petrel, Ocean and the Production Operations portion of Avocet. Also reporting to me was the global SIS Rapid Response Team providing workflow customization for the entire SIS portfolio.

Technology, knowledge management and business process consulting for the oil & gas industry.● Designed enterprise information classification system for document and records that eliminated 3 physical file rooms and greatly simplified classification workflow for a large US-based independent E&P company.
