My journey began at Credit Suisse, leading custom HR app development and SaaS implementation. This experience propelled me to build the HR Tech Strategy team at Accenture Strategy, where I authored a thought-leading resource on the future of HR tech and advised global leaders on the evolution of HR and HR technologies. Putting theory into action, I joined Johnson & Johnson as Global Head of Candidate Experience, leading the award-winning "J&J Shine" program.During the pandemic, my co-founder Jeremy Bargiel and I saw the potential for a forward-looking, data-driven approach to talent.
