Main responsibilities were writing the code to deliver on our product vision, define the product vision by talking to customers.

Co-founder and CTO, $485m valuation. Hyper growth to 250 employees, including 90 engineers in 3 years. Oversaw product engineering, data, IT, infrastructure, and tech compliance teams, and acquired and managed a Ukraine-based team of engineers.Developed career paths and ladder for individual contributors and managers, and built a culture-driven organization. Built a highly scalable application to handle large spikes in traffic during big sporting events, and learned a lot while scaling both the product and team.

As the third employee, I helped build the award winning product. My primary focus was backend, however I built the first versions of the Android and web applications before hiring the teams to own and maintain those applications. We worked in a highly collaborative environment to deliver impactful products at a high frequency.

Interned at Pivotal before joining full time after my last year of college. Worked with many different clients in healthcare, social networking, and video streaming but was primarily focused on learning how to build good products and software. Pivotal was a top tier consultancy in agile methodologies and extreme programming practices and I did my best to absorb as much as possible.

Worked as an intern to learn how architecture firms function and projects are managed.
