Active member of TMW's Product Advisory Committee for the past 4 years, a group made up of leaders from 15+ Transportation Carriers & Service Centers across North America who provide insight and direction for future developments and modules from TMW's TMT Transman Asset Maintenance Software.

Implementation of a Fleet Maintenance Management Software across multiple maintenance locations across Canada, facilitated training, including the creation of SOPs and all training documents, developed leaders in all locations to achieve and assist in a more seamless changeover, built reporting structure to capture and monitor all aspects, from high level overview down to daily transactions, aided in the development of highly successful integration tools, vendor mapping applications and schedules, led successful teams through 3 years of 4DX and LEAN transformations, and continued monitoring of the data integrity and input process as well as continuous drive for improvement and efficiencies.

Effectively led several teams of technicians, monitored performance and efficiencies, disciplines, and fostered a team building environment.

Worked as part of a team that provided Road Call Support for a fleet of thousands of pieces of equipment and excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
