Attracted to the challenges, promises and rewards of business development in the global marketplace. For two decades, I have worked in technical fields advising and connecting buyers and sellers across borders, developing markets for clean energy and water technologies, and launching innovative solutions that fulfill critical customer needs. At Honeywell UOP, I led offering management, executive enrollment, and global marketing for 16 technology, equipment, and digital offerings. These solutions enabled customers to monetize cleaner, affordable energy from where it is produced to where it is consumed.Prior to Honeywell, I managed research, technology development, and training programs at the Gas Technology Institute (GTI). My work advanced the economic and environmental sustainability of developing global shale gas resources more efficiently and with responsible management of water. My role included consulting, tech transfer, and testing in countries with emerging shale resources including the U.S., Canada, China, and Poland.Prior to GTI, I was Trade Commissioner for Canada’s interests in the U.S. Midwest region. I advised new exporters and created opportunities for clients to profit from doing business across borders. And finally, at the North of England and One Northeast I promoted capital investment opportunities as a means for N. American companies to enter and expand in the European market.My education includes an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and WIRTSCHAFTSUNIVERSITÄT WIEN, and a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development and a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University.I also served in the United States Peace Corps as an Environmental Management Consultant from 1994-96 in the Czech Republic.
