The company started trading back in 2009 as Makoto ERP and in 2013, I was responsible for successfully rebranding the business to Pertemps ERP as part of the Pertemps Network Group. Achieved multiple accolades at the National Pertemps Network Group Awards Ceremony year on year since 2015 for company profit and a number of outstanding individual contribution awards in a range of categories.

Network EMEA, full company name Network ERP & IT (EMEA) Ltd, was born of a merger between Pertemps IT and Pertemps ERP offering IT & ERP staff across the UK & Europe. Opened up the Pertemps IT office to cover Wales to compliment Pertemps IT Offices in London & Bristol. Following a number of structural reorganisations, took responsibility for Pertemps IT operations across the UK from Sept 2014 onwards before being promoted to Managing Director in April 2015. Merged Pertemps IT with Pertemps ERP in January 2017 to form Network EMEA, part of Pertemps Network Group (PNG), a £1bn turnover diverse recruitment group.

Joined Switch Search & Selection, an executive search company primarily working with companies involved in Facilities Management, Integrated Support Services and IT Services and Outsourcing, who were looking to establish and grow their business.

Initially joined Timothy James Consulting to develop the South East & London market place before the London office opened in May 2010.Moved on to develop the West and East Midlands patch, managing and developing SME & Corporate recruitment solutions (through multi-sector delivery teams) across the region to increase Timothy James Consulting's market share.

Took over the Bristol office (Aztec West) with a team of 8 permanent and contract consultants. Opened Hays IT Bristol City Office in Kings Street, delivering into the largest corporate account in the South West with a contractor run rate of c100. Across the two Bristol offices, targets of c£1.5m.As Hays IT opened more regional office, I opened Swindon from scratch, recruiting a brand new team from standing start, working in only the SN & GL postcodes providing contract and permanent staff.

Easy Resourcing plc acquired Recruitment Resolved and I joined at the first member of the team. Working alongside the MD (who also owned a HR Consultancy business), Easy Resourcing provided staff across various disciplines including IT, HR and Sales. Shortly after joining, the MD relocated back to our parent company, Contracting Solutions in Lincoln so I took over P&L and ownership of all recruitment activity.

Start up Venture - Owner / Director of a small Boutique IT Recruitment Consultancy that was subsequently sold to Contracting Solutions (a contractor umbrella solution provider) that was the VC behind Easy Resourcing plc.

Joined as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and promoted through the ranks to Sales Manager.
