Achieving successful outcomes requires a coherent strategy that bridges the 'strategy to execution gap' by having a well documented strategic plan supported by effective business processes that are measured and reported. Strong financial management is also a key to success. I assist boards with strategic financial management by measuring what is important and setting financial plans.
