Trevor Mckee is a Product Manager at Pulse Microsystems at Tajima Software. He possess expertise in graphic design, advertising, marketing communications, adobe creative suite, web design and 28 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I consider Trevor a close friend and a great sounding board for ideas I have when interacting with my mobile games community. The kicker is, we’ve only met twice in person.
This is one of the rare quality Trevor possesses: the ability to reach out and be friendly even when the methods of communication are inherently cold. His professionalism, loyalty and work ethic go without question to compliment his spot-on communication skills. The first time we met at a Community Day sponsored by EA Games, I was shocked to find out he was helping on a volunteer basis.
In the gaming industry you hear the term “passion” being thrown around a lot. However, there is one key ingredient that needs to be paired with passion for it to create wonderful things: ability to bring ideas to life. Any ideas Trevor would have while working with me at Kombo, would come with plans on how to make them happen. His proactiveness also was a huge asset when we partnered on a side project for an augmented reality collectible card game called Eye of Judgment to create the premier community destination when the game was supported.
In short, if you are looking for someone who not only can talk the talk, but walk the walk, Trevor is your man." and "I had the pleasure of working with Trevor McKee while I was serving as Sr. Content & Community Manager at Electronic Arts.
Trevor volunteered for several years as a Community Liaison at Electronic Arts and we collaborated closely on major releases like Skate, Dante's Inferno, Battlefield and Army of Two. Trevor served as a critical link between our marketing and development teams and our online communities across the web. Trevor continually demonstrated a pro-active attitude and often came to me with valuable community insights or fresh ideas for content or promotions. Trevor is a true gamer and a leader in the gaming community, but he is equally passionate about the business of video games and effective, authentic marketing.
Trevor's aptitude for marketing was apparent during the time I worked with him and he has since gone on to study Advertising and Marketing in order to be a bigger part of the industry he loves. I can confidently recommend Trevor to any publisher or developer looking for a positive and engaged young marketer who understands how today's video game communities work from the ground up.
