- Mixed-use 8-storey apartment buildings in Old Town, Chicago- Early project design development, engineer coordination, and permitting- Chicago Building Code and ANSI/ADA review and application- Assist with bidding and contracting subcontractors- Manage RFIs & Submittals to coordinate all subcontractors- Constant on-site administration, review, and quality control

Responsible for managing and inspecting 4 buildings on the IIT Campus. Coordinate with our facilities work team to make sure work gets done on time and to a sufficient degree of quality. Also, handle a number of administrative duties, including helping to coordinate 4 separate departments housed within our space in order to successfully host over 10,000 events per year. Building include: The McCormick Student Center by Rem Koolhaas, the Hermann Union Building by SOM, and the student Commons and Chapel by Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe. In the past, I have worked for this department as an events assistant, as well as a building manager, responsible for leading a small staff in the setting up and running of day to day events.

Seasonal job working at the National High Adventure Sea Base owned and operated by the Boy Scouts Of America. Responsible for in/out-processing of thousands of scouters which includes basic safety training and organization of the unit, and education on various activities and wildlife.
