Utilizing the principles learned in Lean Manufacturing training, anchoring on my experience and knowledge of Export Corporation operations and Customer requirements, I developed an improved process flow andfacilitated the changes required in the Plant Process Redesign. The new process flow saves in excess of $100,000 a year in operating costs. Excess capacity gained from lean practices implemented and greater efficiency gained for work process flow.Property Management: Actively manage 400,000+ sq/ft of industrial warehouse space, maintenance, and utilization.
