Utilizing the principles learned in Lean Manufacturing training, anchoring on my experience and knowledge of Export Corporation operations and Customer requirements, I developed an improved process flow andfacilitated the changes required in the Plant Process Redesign. The new process flow saves in excess of $100,000 a year in operating costs.
