Alongside my fellow Naval Academy classmate & teammate, we are building a Native-American Owned & Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) consulting engineering services group. I currently oversee day-to-day operations and business development activity at our most recently acquired MEP design services firm, Marino Design Consulting (MDC), a Keel's Landing Partner Company.My background includes serving as a Naval Aviator, a Program and Process Manager, an Assistant Professor at the U.S. Naval Academy, Head of Sales at an ESG analytics company, a Business Operations Lead at a digital health technology company, and a Growth Advisor at a vertical SaaS construction technology startup. I earned my MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where I was selected as a Pat Tillman Scholar, and hold PE licenses in both Mechanical (CA) & Civil Engineering (MD). I have strong skills in operations management, project planning, team leadership, business development, and customer orientation.
