About Trevor Richey

No matter which role or industry I’ve worked in, I’ve always believed that diversity of experience and a wealth of perspectives is essential for success. Whether that be my first job working in restaurants at an early age or my roles in sales management, education, operations and consultancy. Bringing fresh perspectives and developing teams to bring creative solutions to unique problems has always been my strength and passion. My career has been led by my natural ability to assess organisational structures, pull them apart and strategically rebuild to achieve higher efficiency, a productive team culture and increased profits. Where do I get my drive and curiosity for developing new ways of doing business? I am highly analytical, detail-orientated, and I find objective truth in numbers. Instead of accepting something at face value, I dive deeper into the mechanics of how and why something works. My passion for solutioning is coupled with the ability to look at the bigger picture, including fixed and variable details in the overall equation. It means that I can identify untapped opportunities and approach any challenges with both a creative and analytical mindset. I value integrity and honesty, and my open and upfront approach helps me create a sense of stability for my clients and my team. Everybody knows where they stand and what’s required. Being a strong leader and always inspiring confidence in my team is something I strive for, and when successful, it makes me very proud. Now, my expertise and diverse experience have led me to Acidgreen. Once again, I am responsible for identifying, strategising and facilitating opportunities for change and growth in a company whose values align with my own.
