I am a licensed Civil Engineer in AZ, ID, TX, WA, NV, and NM with a wide variety of design experience in: Power Generation, Municipal Water, Federal/Military Installations, Industrial Developments, and Multimodal Transportation and Safety.I’m passionate about engineers’ duty to protect the environment as one of our primary ethical obligations as licensed engineers, and our paramount ethical responsibility to protect the public in general, especially as it relates to the safety and well-being of people with disabilities, children, and the elderly. My focus in the environmental space has included Waste Repurposing (Circular Economy), Public Open Space, Water Conservation, and the Water/Energy Nexus. I believe that environmental protection can be sustainable, smart, innovative, and profitable.My focus in the public health and safety realm has been in Accessible Civil Infrastructure and Sites, PROWAG design in the public right-of-ways, and pedestrian and bicycle safety.My personal goal on all projects is to utilize my Civil Engineering technical knowledge to provide environmentally excellent solutions to benefit the public in a way that is financially viable and physically feasible. I believe Civil Engineers are uniquely suited for ethical mediation of stakeholder's concerns in order to cooperatively solve today's environmental and public safety challenges and provide sustainable infrastructure solutions.I am proficient in 3D Modeling and Visualization of civil designs through the use of Civil3D, Infraworks, and other design software; specifically for corridor design, piping networks, grading, surface modeling, and water modeling.
