Fifteen years ago I was working in a disadvantaged area of Denver, where I encountered individuals deeply affected by addiction. Among them was Larry, a man whose resilience and determination left a lasting impression on me. Larry, who had battled alcohol addiction and homelessness for years, walked into my life seeking change. Together, we embarked on a journey to connect him with the necessary support groups, employment opportunities, and the vital connections required for his transformative journey. Over time, Larry not only achieved sobriety but also discovered fulfilling employment and reconciled with his estranged daughter.My passion for empowering people to find fulfillment and success has been the driving force behind my professional career. This dedication has led me to excel in developing and leading teams, consulting with businesses, and facilitating workshops on team dynamics and relational intelligence.
