Trevor Smith started training dogs since he was 6 years old. Diana Smith mentored him throughout his learning to become a dog trainer. When he was at the age of 16 he was hired on as a staff member at Hearts and Paws. There he started teaching his own classes and private lessons. He has been working there ever since. Him and Diana Smith have been working on developing family friendly dog training programs together. They designed a camp that allows kids to come train their dog or rescue dog. At the age of 21, he received a Certified Pet Dog Trainer certificate. He has also been a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers since 2007. On an day to day basis, I am an outgoing individual ready to have a great day everyday. I strive on helping people reconnect with their dog. My greatest joy in my job is helping people and dogs come together as a team. I do not believe in building a relationship out of fear because perfect love casts out fear.
