I have managed two high profile company start-ups and had significant influence in reforming apprenticeship programs at Westrac, the Australian Trades College (WA) and BHP Billiton Iron Ore. I offer a unique combination of hands on management experience and the ability and passion to develop future leaders at all levels.I have previously held a Director position for a group training company. Notable Career Achievements:Greenfield start-up, design and ongoing leadership of a dual campus Australian Technical College offering a unique education and trade training model to young Western Australians.Designed and implement a sustainable business model for a new company once government funding ceased for the Australian Technical College.
