I am a dynamic leader with 30 years experience leading teams and working with a customer centric focus. I enjoy building and maintaining strong professional relationships, and leveraging those relationships to develop the next generation of leader. I bring strong analytical and problem solving skills that focuses on meeting the customer's needs while obtaining business objectives. I get my leadership motivation from biblical texts such as John 13, 1-17, a leader should do that which he expects of his or her team.I have led and developed talent for retail leaders such as CVS, Target, CarMax, and PGA Tour Superstore, while stretching and growing my own skills. I lead with an extremely high level of integrity and ethics. I look to inspire my teams through creating teachable moments, and guiding them through those moments, while delivering high levels of customer service and business results.I have also opened and run my own sporting goods store with a focus on helping youth players of any sport, get the equipment they needed without breaking the bank. Through that business I also worked with highschool athletes teaching them basic business practices and ethics to help grow their horizons. I also enjoy changing the scope of the future through supporting our communities youth. My wife and I are foster/adoptive parents, providing permancy to some if our communities youth. I have helped frame the organization Families Reaching Out Group as the director of public affairs, an organization that is designed to support foster children and the families taking them in, both through emotional and service support. I also work with my local Department of Social Services to help recruit and train future foster parents. I enjoy solving tomorrow's problems proactively.
