I was in charge of development of overall program overview, recruitment and admissions into the program, student data collection, housing assignment of students, and organization of budget and allocated materials. My main role with the program was to create and maintain a $50,000 budget for two sessions of the program during the program with approximately 25 students, 7 student staff, and approximately 6 professional staff members.This live-on position required overseeing students directly and ensuring students remained engaged and safe during their time in the program.
