Coordinated communications with over 15 suppliers to attain crucial feedback on a new Collins tooling database. Streamlined multiple supplier lists for controlled procurement purposes to improve efficiencies and reduce outsourcing costs. Maintained and supported a Collins Procurement Documentation Tool, enabling buyers to systematically submit purchase orders while remaining compliant with company and U.S. government policies/procedures. Restructured and simplified accounts payable procedures in order for suppliers to process invoices more efficiently.

Identified shipment delays, as well as expedited orders to properly prepare for the flow of each shift. Oversaw numerous trailers in each shift to properly load the packages into the shipping container efficiently. Utilized a variety of tools to prepare broken packaged boxes to be resealed for shipment. Examined and inspected shipping containers to make sure they were ready to be shipped to the customer. Properly removed packages that were incorrectly sent to the outbound trailers and retrieved them to the correct trailer.

Retrieved hundreds of individual parts to games, hand packed items, and printed shipping labels for outgoing shipments to its said destination. Obtained experience in the efficient shipping schedules and harsh time frames for specific products in a company's supply line
