My main focus was to ensure that the club was providing top-notch customer service and that members felt valued and supported. To this end, I was involved in every aspect of the member experience department, from training and onboarding new hires to acting as the point of escalation for any concerns or issues that members may have had.One of my key responsibilities was overseeing the club’s retail store. I managed the inventory and budget on a weekly basis, and worked to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I also designed Pro Shop sales and promotions to drive an increase in sales, which averaged between 13% and 20%.I also played a key role in supporting the sales team at Xperience Fitness.
