I’m Trey Tate, owner of PersonalTreyner Fitness and I save you time and energy bringing the workout to you in the privacy of your own home. I firmly believe fitness should be fun, and I empower my clients with the health knowledge I have accumulated with over a decade of experience. I meet people where they are, tailoring my workouts to meet my client’s specific needs with an overall goal of balancing body, mind, and spirit. I don’t believe in beating up the body to achieve weight loss or strength, but believe in prescribed exercises that give my clients the most benefit. I have worked with seniors recovering from injury all the way to UFC fighters and NFL players.
