As the sales manager for Leadercast my responsibilities included hiring and training new team members, creating coaching and training programs for continued growth of the team both in one-on-one and team settings. Also being directly responsible for sales and growth goals of the team and creating strategies to continue the growth of the sales organization. The sales of Leadercast has seen a growth of nearly 90% in the last 3 years. The Leadercast event now in 2014 will have over 800 locations and an audience of 150,000 around the world in over 40 countries.

As the host site manager my responsibilities included creating and executing a plan for over 600 host site locations around the world to allow them each to host a successful event in their community. This included being involved with designing a custom website for our locations that would create for them an "event in a box" that gave them the tools and resources needed to make an impact in their local community with Leadercast. Communication was critical for this role and finding new and the best ways to communicate was essential. From e-mail updates, communication newsletters, to webinars and conference calls, we had to get creative to ensure every host site was equipped for the event.

As a Live Site and Simulcast Sales responsibilities included being responsible for a sales territory or an event. Building relationships and creating ambassadors to help sell our event and build our brand. The biggest responsibility was to fill an event in a specific city and location.

As a retail store manager my responsibilities included being responsible for the overall store operations which would include P&L management, hiring and training staff, payroll and growing sales.

In the irregular operations department my responsibilities included finding alternate travel solutions for impacted travelers of cancelled and delayed flights.
