I provided support and resolved technical issues for 47 stores and three regional offices.▪ I evaluated, purchased, and deployed new hardware and software solutions that reduced administrative overhead and increased bsiness efficiencies, as well as upgraded the company’s infrastructure.▪ I developed web-based scheduling applications for 50 retail locations which allowed customers to schedule appointments using scripting languages DTS, SQL, ASP, ADO, CFM, Visual Basic, and VB.net.
