Halbert’s experience also includes leadership, management and executive positions with MHBT (Marsh & McLennan Agency), Great-West Healthcare (now CIGNA), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Principal Financial Group and Fortis (now Sun Life).Mr. Halbert’s experience is an amalgamation of the diverse client base he has served throughout his career; spanning the spectrum from venture-backed startups to private equity value creation and from technology companies to the largest university system in Texas. Other notable clients have included familiar names like the City of Austin, the City of San Antonio, Seton and the San Antonio Spurs. Mr. Halbert utilizes data and insight to help organizations align their mission and value statements with their actions.
