- Joined TicketBiscuit as Director of Sales Operations and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2012, also served as Chief Technology Officer from May 2017.- Grew the operations team from six employees to over fifty during busy season, including the establishment of a dedicated Call Center, Support and fulfillment teams.
