On loan to the government of Sweden during the Swedish 2021 Chairpersonship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), defending the European security order, upholding the OSCE concept of comprehensive security, and addressing conflict and the meaningful participation of women in the conflict cycle. Received a Superior Honor Award.

On loan to the government of Albania during its Chairmanship of the OSCE, ensuring the organization made a difference for people on the ground in conflict contexts, implemented the shared commitments that underpin comprehensive security, and built regional stability through dialogue and negotiation.

On loan to the government of Slovakia, advancing shared interests and articulating a vision for dialogue and stability in the OSCE space, "from Vancouver to Vladivostok." Created networks of current and future political and civil society leaders to facilitate conflict resolution in the South Caucasus, and ensured support for OSCE-led conflict settlement processes.
