Mr. Reynolds is reforming the Reynolds Company, a governmental affairs and strategic planning company after retiring as the Director for the Department of Business and Industry. Mr. Reynolds spent 10 years with the Department as Deputy Director and Director through three Governors and five legislative sessions. The Department oversees 12 diverse state agencies and is a cabinet level position to the Governor's office. He has over 40 years of experience in public and private management, governmental and legislative issues. He served as a City Manager for twenty years in three different communities in Arizona and Nevada. For eleven years Mr. Reynolds managed governmental relations and environmental entitlements for both private and public clients. He has successfully completed ACOE 404 Permits, MSHCP, Section 10 Permits, and Storm Water Plans for 50,000 acres of development in both Northern and Southern Nevada. Mr. Reynolds worked on entitlements for renewable energy projects, communication site upgrades, and MSHCPs for two communities. Mr. Reynolds reviews EA's, EIS's, cultural and biological reports for both public and and private clients to assist them in their entitlement process.Specialties: Governmental relations with State, Federal and local agencies. He has worked with agencies such as the BLM, USFWS, FEMA, and the Army Corps of Engineers.
