For over twenty-five years, I have focused on winning cases based on science and data, successfully representing companies and individuals in complex business disputes. My practice is truly national, including serving as lead trial counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in twenty states. I regularly assist clients in matters as varied as antitrust, products liability, intellectual property, health care, onshore and offshore construction, employment, class actions, and toxic tort litigation. Whether a favorable result depends upon the proper calculation of damages or the application of advanced scientific theories, I pride myself on being a quick study and an effective advocate. My volunteer work is equally zealous. As Team Captain for Susman Godfrey’s BP MS150 cycling team for a decade, I helped raise over $1 Million to fight multiple sclerosis. I currently serve on the Board of the Sunflower County Freedom Project. I previously served on the Alley Theatre Board of Directors and held several leadership roles in the organization. My spare time is spent fly fishing, snowboarding, and participating in triathlons.
