As a field service technician at Nikola Corporation, I perform diagnostics, software updates, and repairs to electric and fuel cell hydrogen class 8 semi-trucks. I have earned the Nikola BEV Level 2 certification, which demonstrates my advanced knowledge and skills in battery electric vehicle technology and safety. I also have a 2021 NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace certification, which shows my commitment to following the best practices and regulations in the industry.In my previous role as a field service apprentice technician at Nikola Motor Company, I gained valuable experience in completing campaigns, tasks, and repairs, as well as documenting them in Jira for warranty work orders. I also partnered with the engineering team for deep dive analysis on repairs and parts, and built and maintained dealership and customer relationships. I enjoy working with a diverse and innovative team that strives to deliver world-class service and solutions for the future of transportation.
