Trey Stout is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Incyte Studios. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Trey oversees both the consulting and engineering teams of Incyte. Incyte is currently focused on machine-learning and big-data projects for Fortune 100 Energy and Medical companies, but continues to serve startups building cutting edge products.Prior to founding Incyte Studios, Trey was CoFounder and CTO of Handwriting.io (acquired in 2018). Trey oversaw the development and management of the company’s patented API, which enabled brands to incorporate digital handwriting to the masses in a scalable, affordable and simple way. Trey led Handwriting.io in the launch of its consumer app, ScribbleChat, to enhance conversations on its messaging platform with “handwritten” text, emojis and animations.Prior to joining Handwriting.io and ScribbleChat, Trey was the Chief Technology Officer at Keep.com, a single shopping cart for the entire web, where he led product development teams across mobile, web and operations. Trey was also a Development Manager at Microsoft before joining Keep.com. Trey started his first software company in 2001 and has been an active participant in the open-source community, and has managed engineering teams throughout his career.
