I manage a book of clients and mitigate risk while providing superior customer service. We process invoices submitted by clients through our software and complete many transactions daily. I am apart of a team that is the first point of contact for our new clients and we are responsible for training them and ensuring the client is successful with RTS. I also recommend additional services we offer to benefit the client and our company. I pull multiple reports weekly to share with our team to help keep our books of business clean and in order.

I handled monetary transactions daily (deposits, check cashing, transfers, withdrawals) and ensured that the transactions were handled accurately. I was responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer at all times and making sure customers were greeted promptly and appropriately was a vital part of my role in the bank.

I marketed and sold home automation and security systems door to door and networked with current customers to gain referrals and increase business. I gained thorough knowledge of all our products and was able to apply our benefits to families' situations. I was able to upsell beneficial add-ons to maximize revenue for the company. With our products and service, we helped families reach a peace of mind knowing that their safety in their home is being handled by professionals.
