Asked to take on Company Sales & Marketing after 2-years of Field Operations Management responsible for all aspects of installation, service & supply chains for Residential and Commercial PV, Solar Hot Water, Wind & micro-Hydro . Director of Sales includes coordinating all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Design and complex coordination of services that interface with local utilities, customers and commercial entities.

Director of Field Operations. Responsible for all aspects of our business operations, hiring, training, scheduling and supply chains for crews md installations of Solar PV (off-grid and grid-tie), Solar Thermal, wind, micro-hydro and radiant floors. Responsibilities were all inclusive, developing best practices and systems for HR, training, supply chain management, installation scheduling, job costing and a high level of collaboration with Sales for all residential and commercial installs. In addition, our service department was included in the domain of my management from the front office to the customer for all warranties and repair. This was for all of our systems as well as for those of our competitors who in many cases either abandoned their customers or went out of business. This was an Executive-level position in the company.
