This activity described in the function below has been repeated two times in Switzerland.I also had the chance to design the new production line of our sister facility in Phoenix Arizona. I’ve been assigned there for 6 weeks with two of my technicians to manage the installation.

Due to a significant production increase need a complete redesign of the first portion of our production line have been initiated after 2 years. I was in charge of the design, acquisition and installation of the conveying system linking all our equipment’s. Most of the production equipment’s have been replaced with new automated one; therefore I’ve been.

Production was about 50 pace-makers/day and we were less than 70 employees.My focus was on process validation per FDA requirements for equipment’s such as laser engraver, laser welder, wire-bonder and epoxy dispenser.Since we were just a few of us, I was also in charge of training and production.
