Mr. Weiss brings more than 23 years’ of experience in speech recognition technology to his role as CEO of Voice Automated. His career began as a systems engineer at AVRI (Applied Voice Recognition Inc.) and E-docs.net where he worked on projects such as NASA’s proof of concept to use voice control for the Space Shuttle cameras and user specific language models that improved the accuracy of speech recognition tools. Mr. Weiss went on to found and serve as CEO of TransTech Medical which employed over 400 U.S. based workers and provided medical transcription services to the largest hospitals in the United States.Voice Automated is positioned to help clients take advantage of the new age of cloud-based speech recognition while also allowing vendors to quickly bring the latest cloud technologies and complex integrations with medical and legal systems to customers that need them.
