Developed and maintained a consistent approach for commercialization of many legacy products through critical business analysis and a detailed understanding of the business process impacts.Data Integrity Analysis and Process Design – Directed a major project through successful execution to ensure overall accuracy of asset management data throughout the business. In less than six months, the project team discovered a less than 30% accuracy rate across five major areas of the business and created tools to identify, analyze and align the data to achieve an over 90% accuracy rate in those key business areas for our most significant clients.
