I am a second-year student at Samford University in the Brock School of Business, with an intended major in accounting and data analytics concentration. I plan on pursuing my CPA license after graduation. I am a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity Kappa Rho Chapter serving on the 2024 Executive Board as treasurer. I am an extremely ambitious, analytical person who has a passion for understanding what makes a business tick. My passion for understanding business financials as well as my dedication to understanding the needs of others through my leadership roles has developed my growth as a leader and learner. I am confident I can be an asset to any organization. In my current role as Treasurer, I oversee and ensure my chapter's financial security through purchases, due collection, and taxes. In this role, I have developed and learned my leadership style, confident decision-making skills, critical and strategic thinking skills, and priority management. I believe this experience will be crucial to my development as a young professional. I am eager to gain more experience in the business world and am currently looking for an accounting-related internship in either the Atlanta or Birmingham area.
