Mabuhay, my name is Trisha! I am a proud daughter of a single immigrant mother from the Philippines, and I am the first in my family to receive a Master's Degree. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, CA, but now currently reside in New York City to use my LMSW from NYU to transform the arts & entertainment industry so that championing and protecting diverse stories told by diverse artists in front and behind the scenes becomes the norm. In every space I am in, I channel my 12 years of experience in event planning and a decade of experience in non-profit work focused on program and community development as both a social worker and an artist. I have been writing and performing since I was a child, and that will always be a part of me. Since receiving my Master's, I have performed in Off-Broadway plays and continue to create long-form and short-form body liberation, mental health, pop culture commentary, and educational videos on YouTube and TikTok for my online brand, Fuerte Body. I have been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Rolling Stone, and the social media pages of HBO's Euphoria, TikTok’s Ratatouille Musical, Rainforest Cafe, and more. If you are interested in making artistic spaces more equitable and preserving art as a tool for liberation, I would love to connect!Signature Skills: Program Development, Event Planning, Case Management, People Learning, Community Outreach, Social Media Management, Written Communication, Public Speaking
