As member of the SPHN Management Office, supported the SPHN governance bodies and liaised with the Personalized Health Informatics Group of the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics in implementing the SPHN initiative, managing project lifecycle, and communication.

Developed a novel genetic experimental system to identify host factors regulating metastasis on a genome-wide scale. Initiated collaboration with a biotech company and conducted a preclinical efficacy study for a small molecule compound.Team leader of a postdoc career development program for 4 years: conceived and implemented new strategy to better involve NIH postdoc community as well as non-NIH organizations, hosted over 20 workshops with international senior scientists, funding organizations, and NIH training staff.

Characterized the oncogenic and metastatic functions of the neurotrophic receptor TRKB, isolating its critical, drug-amenable function and molecular mechanism.

Generated recombinant adenoviruses keeping industry-standard records.

Characterized the intracellular localization of LIMK1 in tumor cells.
