I'm passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients and helping them reach their desired goals. I take a pragmatic approach to my work and leverage technology to apply creative problem solving to ensure successful business outcomes. I believe it's critical to listen to and thoroughly understand the needs of each customer in order to provide advice, guidance, and best practices. I find great satisfaction and pride in successfully managing projects from start to finish and supporting customers throughout each phase.I constantly strive to further enhance my knowledge of workplace technology and systems, processes, and points of view. I jump at the opportunity to help others succeed by sharing what I’ve learned, working through complex problems, or providing assistance on projects. I bring positivity, respect, and compassion to all my interactions with others.Beyond direct customer work, I served as a member of an internal committee whose mission was to create a safe space where teammates could unite to boldly discuss real, complex, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) topics without fear, shame, or intimidation. The sessions encouraged teammates to reflect on themed collateral, participate in open dialogue about selected topics, and review ways to make a difference.Outside of work I spend my time hiking with my wife, daughter, and Labrador retriever puppy; running the streets and trails of local parks; and playing beach volleyball. I’m an avid podcast listener and member of a non-fiction book club with interests ranging from self-development, to nature, to big history, to social justice.
