Our goal is to exceed guest and owner expectations as well as steward with excellence that which has been entrusted to us. That involves creating a team committed to home owners and guests, providing a limited edition experience that we has described us for decades. Hospitality is still about human capital, value and relationship. We acknowledge that technology exists to accelerate the human and hospitality experience, and in this ever changing market and industry we seek to harness the best of our legacy and values as we move confidently into the change and excitement that the vacation rental management world has to offer. As CEO and owner, I am invested in this endeavor to ensure our success today but also to preserve this for generations to come. We are proud to continue the legacy of Dot and Ralph Egli who founded MLC in 1972. My mother and father in law were pioneers in this community and in the vacation rental industry, showcasing the values which shaped us and many Gatlinburg leaders and companies.

Serving in various leadership capacities, I helped shape culture, brand, strategy, teams and messaging for this global religious non-profit. Spanning 30+ years, it is hard to convey the depth of relational and historic equity this organization has provided for me professionally and personally. Roles included local campus director (Auburn University), Regional and National Conference Director, National Director of Expansion (Southeast) and well as National Director of Operations and Fund Development. My final eight years involved launching a new division committed to advancing partnerships in major US Cities where I directed efforts in brand and messaging that impacted many parts of the global organization. Working with a dynamic leadership team, I am thankful to have gained proficiency in strategic planning, event management, digital engagement, brand and messaging as well as leadership development, coaching, staff care and culture accelerators.
